The mission of Harper Public Library is to provide high interest, popular resources to meet the educational, recreational and informational needs of community residents of all ages.
How to get a card
fill out our card form, present a picture ID to the Librarian and if a minor, must have a guardian sign the card as well.
Loan periods/limits
The number of combined items each patron can have checked out at a time is six (6).
Books and Audio books can be checked out for two (2) weeks.
Periodicals, Videos and other electronic equipment may be checked out for one (1) week .
Games may be checked out for use in the Library by any patron, must be over eighteen (18) to check out and remove from Library – return is one (1) week.
Items can be renewed by phone. If you leave a voice mail, please state your full name and the date.
